Got in last night about 7:30. The new route up thru Dallas...well around Dallas, around Shreveport and then down to Baton Rouge is two and a half hours closer. And I have for 35 years been going south to Houston and thru Lake Charles. Damn. All the hours I could have back.. ahahahaha.
I will post more about the trip with pictures later.. I haven't even unloaded the car yet.
